Privacy notice
Last updated 13 October 2026
This notice explains how LM Paving Construction ("we", "us") uses personal information when you contact us or use this website.
Who we are: LM Paving Construction is the trading name of Ludovic Mate, a self-employed builder based in London, who is the controller of your information. Contact: ghiusanuangela@gmail.com, 07501 084778.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode and your message.
- What you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, including photos of the job.
- If you become a customer: the address of the job and the details needed to quote, carry out and invoice the work.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps you asked us to take before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To carry out and invoice the work: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and keeping records the law requires (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.

How long we keep it
